And, there may be some disagreement as to what exactly a specific community is called. If there is just one character of difference between two entries this will be counted as different communities. Thus, if you really want to get a picture, you have to look at all possible variations of the subdivision's name. For instance, Midtown condominiums in Alexandria are by some people entered in as Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.
