The list below is revised every few minutes to make sure that we're supplying accurate information which you may depend on. The tallies compiled below is taken directly from the MLS database, so there are a few tips to be aware of.
You might find a subdivision listed more than once.
You should know that the names of subdivisions (or condos) found below were all put into the MLS database by listing agents. Because humans entered the data, there may be spelling errors. Of course sometimes, those spelling errors can be corrected and that correction makes it appear that a property has moved from one subdivision to another when actually the error was corrected.
And, there may be some disagreement as to what exactly a particular community is called. If there is even one character of difference between two entries this will be counted separately. Hence, when you really want to get a count, you have to consider all the variations of the subdivision's name. For instance, Midtown condominiums in Huntington are at times called Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.
"I saw a sign up but the community isn't found below."
Is there a different name for this specific community?
Of course, for the reason stated above, try to you watch out for all possible variations of the name.
Is the listing for rent?

An active listing is a property that is available and for sale. There are many properties which have a sign posted that are not
active.

coming soon. A listing that is in coming-soon status is not
yet available and not yet for sale. Only agents can access to information about listings that are coming-soon.
