You should know that the names of the schools found below were all put into the Multiple Listing Service by listing agents. Because humans entered the data, there can be typographical errors. Later, those typographical errors can be corrected and that correction can make it seem like a new property is active when really the school spelling was corrected.
Furthermore, there may be some disagreement as to what exactly a particular school district is called. If there is even one letter of difference between a couple of entries this will be listed as different school attendance zones. Thus, if you really need to get a tally, you should consider all possible variations of the school's name.

Of course, for the reason stated above, make sure you look for all typical variations of the school's name.
Consider the possibility that the property is for rent.
This list
only includes listings still for sale. Not to mention, this tally does not include rentals in The Plaza. So, it may be that the sign you saw posted was for a rental. An active listing is a property that is available and for sale. There are some listings which have a sign up that are not
active.
The listing might be coming soon.
For instance, sometimes a for sale is posted because the property is
coming soon. A property that is in coming-soon status is not
yet available and not yet for sale. Only agents have access to information about listings that are in coming-soon status. Furthermore, the MLS database does not permit us to count those listings in our list. If you want to know about coming-soon real estate in a specific subdivision, you'll have to email us directly.
Perhaps, the listing is already under-contract.
Sometimes that a listing is already sold or
under contract when you see the sign posted. Under-contract notices don't go up instantly. Furthermore, from time to time that the Realtor is a less than prompt with putting up the under-contract riders. Because of these reasons, you may see a sign posted when a listing is not available.
