Listed below you will find a accounting of every subdivision (or condo) with listings in Hayfield View. This list is compiled from listings currently available today. This list is recalculated throughout the day (and night) to make sure that Nesbitt Realty is supplying fresh data that you may rely on. The data found below is taken directly from the MLS database, so there are a few tips to keep in mind.
You may find a subdivision listed multiple times.
You should know that the names of subdivisions (or condos) compiled below were all entered into the MLS database by Realtors. Because humans entered the data, there can be typographical errors. Of course sometimes, those spelling errors can be corrected and that correction makes it seem like a property has sold when in reality the error was corrected.
Not to mention, there may be some dispute as to what exactly a specific community is called. If there is just one character of difference between a couple of entries this will be tallied separately. So, when you really need to get a picture, you have to look at all possible variations of the subdivision's name. For example, Midtown condominiums near the Huntington Metro are sometimes called Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.
"I saw a for sale sign up but the community isn't found below."
Is there another name for this specific neighborhood?
Of course, for the reason stated above, try to you look for all possible variations of the spelling.
Is the property for lease?
This list does not cover rentals. So, it may be that the sign you saw posted was for a rental. Also, this list
exclusively includes active listings in Hayfield View.
Is the listing in coming-soon status?
An active listing is a property that is available and on the market. There are some listings that have a sign up that are not
active.
For example, sometimes a for sale is up because the property is
coming soon. A property that is in coming-soon status is not
yet available and not yet on the market. Only agents can access to information about properties that are in coming-soon status. In addition, the MLS database does not allow Nesbitt Realty to include those properties in our count. If you want to know about coming-soon real estate in a specific subdivision, you'll have to contact Nesbitt Realty directly.
Is the property under-contract?
Not to mention, sometimes that a listing is already sold when you spot the for sale up. Under-contract riders don't go up the second a contract is signed. And, from time to time that the Realtor is a less than prompt with putting up the under-contract signs. Because of these reasons, you might see a for sale sign posted when a property is not active.

You can organize the neighborhoods by count or alphabetically.
The arrows at the header below are useful for sorting the subdivisions. But, when you sort by listing count, just keep in mind the points above, because the number isn't always accurate. Of course, the data is still pretty accurate.
