Below you will find a accounting of every subdivision (or condo) with listings in Westview_hills. The list below is compiled from active listings today. This list is refreshed every 15 minutes or so to make sure that Nesbitt Realty is supplying timely tallies that you can count on. The tallies listed below is pulled directly from the MLS database, so there are a couple of quirks to be aware of.
You may find a subdivision listed more than once.
You should know that the names of subdivisions (or condos) collected below were all entered into the Multiple Listing Service by Realtors. Because humans entered the data, there can be typographical errors. Of course sometimes, those spelling errors can be corrected and that correction makes it appear that a listing has sold when actually the error was corrected.
Furthermore, there may be some diffence of opinion as to what exactly a particular neighborhood is named. If there is just one letter of difference between a couple of entries this will be listed separately. Thus, when you really need to get a picture, you have to consider all possible variations of the community's name. For example, Midtown condominiums in Huntington are by some people known as Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.
"I saw a for sale sign up but the subdivision isn't found below."
Is there another way to spell this specific neighborhood?
Of course, for the reason stated above, make sure you double-check all possible variations of the spelling.
Is the listing for lease?
This list does not cover rentals. Hence, it's possible that the sign you saw posted was for a rental. Not to mention, this list
only covers listings still for sale in Westview_hills.
Is the property in coming-soon status?
An active listing is a property that is available and on the market. There are some listings which have a sign posted that are not
active.
Case in point, sometimes a for sale is up because the property is
coming soon. A property that is in coming-soon status is not
yet available and not yet on the market. Only agents can access to information about listings that are in coming-soon status. Also, the MLS database does not allow Nesbitt Realty to list those properties in our count. If you want to know about coming-soon listings in a particular subdivision, you'll have to email Nesbitt Realty directly.
Is the property under-contract?
And, from time to time that a listing is already sold when you see the for sale up. Sold or under-contract signs aren't posted the moment a property settles. Furthermore, from time to time that the listing agent is a little tardy with putting up the under-contract signs. For these reasons, you may see a for sale sign posted when a property is not active.

You can sort the list by count or alphabetically.
The arrows at the header below are useful for sorting the communities. Still, when you arrange by number of active listings, just keep in mind the tips above, because the number isn't 100% true. Of course, the data is still useful.
