Listed below you will see a accounting of each subdivision (or condominium) with real estate on the market in Aurora Highlands. The list below is compiled from listings currently available today. This list is updated often to ensure that Nesbitt Realty is providing timely data which you may depend on. The tallies collected below is taken directly from the MLS database, so there are a few quirks to keep in mind.
You might spot a subdivision listed more than once.
Firstly that the names of subdivisions (or condos) collected below were all put into the MLS database by listing agents. Because humans entered the data, there may be typographical errors. Later, those spelling errors can be corrected and that correction makes it seem like a listing has been listed when really the spelling on a listing was changed.
And, there may be some diffence of opinion as to what exactly a specific subdivision is called. If there is just one letter of difference between a couple of entries this will be tallied as different communities. Thus, when you really want to get a count, you should consider all the variations of the community's name. For example, Midtown condominiums in Alexandria are sometimes called Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.
"I saw a sign up but the subdivision isn't found below."
Is there another way to spell this specific neighborhood?
Of course, for the reason stated above, try to you watch out for all typical variations of the name.
Is the listing for lease?
This tally does not include rental properties. Therefore, it's possible that the sign you saw was for a rental property. In addition, this list
only includes listings still for sale in Aurora Highlands.
Is the listing coming soon?
An active listing is a property that is available and on the market. There are quite a few listings which have a sign posted that are not
active.
For example, sometimes a for sale is posted because the property is
coming soon. A property that is coming-soon is not
yet available and not yet on the market. Only agents can access to information about properties that are in coming-soon status. And, the Multiple Listing Service does not permit Nesbitt Realty to list those listings in our tally. If you want to know about coming-soon homes in a specific subdivision, you'll have to reach out to us directly.
Is the listing sold?
Furthermore, from time to time that a listing is already
under contract when you spot the sign posted. Sold or under-contract notices don't go up the second a contract is signed. Not to mention, from time to time that the Realtor is a little tardy with putting up the under-contract riders. For these reasons, you might see a sign up when a property is not active.
