Below you will find a list of each and every subdivision (or condominium) with listings in Windsor Park. This list is compiled from listings currently available today. The list below is recalculated throughout the day (and night) to make sure that Nesbitt Realty is providing accurate data which you may count on. The tallies found below is pulled directly from the Multiple Listing Service, so there are a few quirks to keep in mind.
You might spot a subdivision listed multiple times.
Firstly that the names of subdivisions (or condominiums) collected below were all put into the Multiple Listing Service by Realtors. Because humans entered the data, there can be typographical errors. Of course sometimes, those typographical errors can be corrected and that correction makes it seem like a property has sold when actually the listing was updated.
Not to mention, there may be some dispute as to what exactly a particular subdivision is called. If there is even one character of difference between two entries this will be tallied as different communities. So, when you really want to get a tally, you have to look at all the variations of the community's name. For example, Midtown condominiums in Fairfax County are by some people called Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.
"I saw a sign up but the subdivision isn't listed below."
Is there another way to spell this specific subdivision?
Of course, for the reason stated above, try to you watch out for all possible variations of the spelling.
Is the listing for lease?
This list does not include rental properties. So, it's possible that the sign you saw was for a rental property. And, this list
only covers active listings in Windsor Park.
Is the property not yet active?
An active listing is a property that is available and on the market. There are many listings that have a sign up that are not
active.
For example, from time to time a for sale is posted because the property is
coming soon. A listing that is in coming-soon status is not
yet available and not yet on the market. Only agents have access to information about properties that are coming-soon. And, the Multiple Listing Service does not permit us to include those listings in our tally. If you want to know about coming-soon listings in a specific subdivision, you'll have to email Nesbitt Realty directly.
Is the property under-contract?
Not to mention, from time to time that a listing is already sold when you see the for sale up. Sold signs don't go up immediately. Not to mention, sometimes that the listing agent is a less than prompt with putting up the under-contract signs. Because of these reasons, you might see a sign posted when a property is not available.

You can arrange the list by count or alphabetically.
The arrows at the header below are useful for sorting the communities. But, when you sort by listing count, just keep in mind the tips above, because the count isn't completely true. Still, the data is still useful.
