Below you will see a accounting of every subdivision (or condo) with listings in Old Town Greens. This list is compiled from active listings today. This list is revised every 15 minutes or so to make sure that we're supplying accurate data which you can rely on. The information collected below is pulled directly from the MLS database, so there are a few tips to be aware of.
You may find a subdivision listed more than once.
Firstly that the names of subdivisions (or condominiums) listed below were all put into the MLS database by Realtors. Because humans entered the data, there can be typographical errors. Of course sometimes, those typographical errors can be corrected and that correction makes it appear that a listing has been listed when actually the spelling on a listing was changed.
Furthermore, there may be some variances as to what exactly a specific community is called. If there is even one letter of difference between a couple of entries this will be tallied as different communities. Thus, if you really need to get a picture, you have to consider all possible variations of the community's name. Case in point, Midtown condominiums near the Huntington Metro are at times entered in as Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.
"I saw a sign up but the subdivision isn't found below."
Is there a different way to spell this specific community?
Of course, for the reason stated above, try to you look for all typical variations of the name.
Is the listing for rent?
This list does not include rentals. Therefore, it may be that the sign you saw was for a rental. In addition, this list
only covers active listings in Old Town Greens.
Is the listing under-contract?
An active listing is a property that is available and on the market. There are some listings which have a sign up that are not
active.
For example, sometimes a sign is up because the property is
coming soon. A property that is coming-soon is not
yet available and not yet on the market. Only agents can access to information about properties that are in coming-soon status. Not to mention, the Multiple Listing Service does not permit us to count those listings in our tally. If you want to know about coming-soon listings in a specific subdivision, you'll have to email us directly.
Is the property under-contract?
And, from time to time that a listing is already
under contract when you see the for sale posted. Sold signs aren't posted immediately. Not to mention, sometimes that the Realtor is a less than prompt with putting up the under-contract riders. For these reasons, you might see a sign posted when a property is not available.
