Listed below you will see a list of each subdivision (or condo) with listings in Beverley Hills. This list is compiled from active listings today. The list below is recalculated every 15 minutes or so to make sure that Nesbitt Realty is supplying accurate data which you may depend on. The tallies listed below is pulled directly from the Multiple Listing Service, so there are a couple of quirks to keep in mind.
You might spot a subdivision listed multiple times.
Firstly that the names of subdivisions (or condos) collected below were all put into the Multiple Listing Service by listing agents. Because humans entered the data, there may be typographical errors. Later, those typographical errors can be corrected and that correction makes it seem like a listing has sold when in reality the spelling on a listing was changed.
Not to mention, there may be some variances as to what exactly a particular community is named. If there is just one character of difference between a couple of entries this will be tallied separately. So, if you really need to get a picture, you have to look at all possible variations of the subdivision's name. Case in point, Midtown condominiums in Huntington are sometimes called Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.
"I saw a sign posted but the community isn't found below."
Is there a different way to spell this specific subdivision?
Certainly, for the reason stated above, make sure you look for all possible variations of the spelling.
Is the property for lease?
This tally does not include rental properties. Hence, it may be that the sign you saw posted was for a rental. Furthermore, this list
exclusively includes listings still for sale in Beverley Hills.
Is the listing under-contract?
An active listing is a property that is available and on the market. There are quite a few listings that have a sign up that are not
active.
For example, sometimes a sign is up because the property is
coming soon. A listing that is coming-soon is not
yet available and not yet on the market. Only agents have access to information about listings that are coming-soon. Also, the Multiple Listing Service does not allow Nesbitt Realty to count those properties in our count. If you want to know about coming-soon listings in a specific community, you'll have to email us directly.
Is the listing under-contract?
Furthermore, from time to time that a listing is already sold or
under contract when you spot the sign posted. Under-contract signs aren't posted the moment a property settles. Furthermore, sometimes that the listing agent is a little tardy with putting up the under-contract signs. Because of these reasons, it's possible to see a sign up when a property is not available.
Do you want timely notices about listings from a particular neighborhood?

Also, your agent can also give you specific information on a specific property when you email Nesbitt Realty directly. We can recommend a Realtor that can quickly find the information you want.
You can arrange the subdivisions by number or alphabetically.
The arrows at the header below are useful for sorting the subdivisions. However, when you organize by number of active listings, just remember the points above, because those tallies aren't completely true. Still, the data is still useful.
