Listed below you will find a list of each and every subdivision (or condo) with properties for sale in Features. The list below is compiled from active listings today. This list is refreshed every few minutes to ensure that we're supplying timely data which you may rely on. The data collected below is taken directly from the Multiple Listing Service, so there are some quirks to keep in mind.
You may find a subdivision listed more than once.
Firstly that the names of subdivisions (or condos) listed below were all typed into the Multiple Listing Service by Realtors. Because humans entered the data, there will be typographical errors. Of course sometimes, those typographical errors can be corrected and that correction makes it appear that a listing has moved from one subdivision to another when actually the error was corrected.
And, there may be some dispute as to what exactly a particular subdivision is called. If there is even one letter of difference between a couple of entries this will be counted as different communities. Hence, if you really want to get a count, you should consider all the variations of the community's name. For example, Midtown condominiums in Alexandria are sometimes known as Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.
"I saw a for sale sign posted but the subdivision isn't listed below."
Is there a different way to spell this specific neighborhood?
Of course, for the reason stated above, try to you double-check all possible variations of the name.
Is the property for lease?
This list does not cover rental properties. Therefore, it's possible that the sign you saw posted was for a rental. In addition, this tally
only includes active listings in Features.
Is the listing in coming-soon status?
An active listing is a property that is available and for sale. There are some properties which have a sign posted that are not
active.
For instance, sometimes a sign is posted because the property is
coming soon. A property that is in coming-soon status is not
yet available and not yet on the market. Only agents have access to information about properties that are coming-soon. In addition, the MLS database does not permit us to count those properties in our list. If you want to know about coming-soon real estate in a particular subdivision, you'll have to contact us directly.
Is the property sold?
Also, sometimes that a listing is already
under contract when you see the for sale up. Sold or under-contract riders don't go up instantly. Furthermore, from time to time that the Realtor is a less than prompt with putting up the under-contract signs. For these reasons, you may see a for sale sign up when a listing is not available.

You can organize the subdivisions by count or alphabetically.
The arrows at the header below are useful for organizing the list. In contrast, when you arrange by tally, just remember the tips above, because those tallies aren't 100% true. Of course, the data is still useful.
