Below you will find a accounting of each subdivision (or condominium) with listings in Second Antietam Square C. The list below is compiled from active listings today. This list is revised throughout the day (and night) to make sure that Nesbitt Realty is supplying fresh data that you may count on. The data compiled below is pulled directly from the Multiple Listing Service, so there are a few quirks to keep in mind.
You might spot a subdivision listed multiple times.
Firstly that the names of subdivisions (or condos) listed below were all entered into the MLS database by Realtors. Because humans entered the data, there may be typographical errors. Of course sometimes, those typographical errors can be corrected and that correction makes it seem like a property has moved from one subdivision to another when actually the spelling on a listing was changed.
Furthermore, there may be some variances as to what exactly a particular subdivision is called. If there is just one character of difference between two entries this will be counted as different communities. Hence, if you really need to get a picture, you have to look at all the variations of the community's name. For example, Midtown condominiums in Fairfax County are by some people called Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.
"I saw a for sale sign posted but the community isn't found below."
Is there a different name for this specific subdivision?
Certainly, for the reason stated above, try to you double-check all typical variations of the spelling.
Is the property for rent?
This list does not include rental properties. Therefore, it may be that the sign you saw posted was for a rental. Furthermore, this tally
exclusively covers active listings in Second Antietam Square C.
Is the property coming soon?
An active listing is a property that is available and on the market. There are quite a few properties that have a sign posted that are not
active.
For example, sometimes a sign is posted because the property is
coming soon. A property that is coming-soon is not
yet available and not yet on the market. Only agents can access to information about properties that are in coming-soon status. Also, the Multiple Listing Service does not allow Nesbitt Realty to list those listings in our tally. If you want to know about coming-soon homes in a particular subdivision, you'll have to email Nesbitt Realty directly.
Is the listing under-contract?
Also, from time to time that a listing is already
under contract when you see the for sale posted. Sold or under-contract notices don't go up instantly. Not to mention, from time to time that the Realtor is a little tardy with putting up the under-contract signs. For these reasons, you might see a for sale sign posted when a property is not active.

You can organize the subdivisions by count or alphabetically.
The arrows at the header below are useful for sorting the list. Conversely, when you sort by listing count, just keep in mind the points above, because those tallies aren't always true. Nevertheless, the list is still pretty accurate.
