Below you will see a accounting of each subdivision (or condo) with listings in Virginia Crossing. The list below is compiled from listings currently available today. This list is updated every 15 minutes or so to make sure that we're supplying timely tallies which you may count on. The data compiled below is pulled directly from the Multiple Listing Service, so there are a few quirks to keep in mind.
You may find a subdivision listed multiple times.
Firstly that the names of subdivisions (or condos) found below were all entered into the MLS database by listing agents. Because humans entered the data, there will be spelling errors. Of course sometimes, those spelling errors can be corrected and that correction makes it seem like a listing has been listed when in reality the error was corrected.
In addition, there may be some variances as to what exactly a particular community is named. If there is just one character of difference between two entries this will be counted separately. Hence, when you really need to get a picture, you have to consider all the variations of the subdivision's name. Case in point, Midtown condominiums in Huntington are at times known as Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.
"I saw a for sale sign up but the subdivision isn't found below."
Is there another way to spell this particular community?
Of course, for the reason stated above, try to you watch out for all possible variations of the spelling.
Is the listing for lease?
This tally does not cover rental properties. Therefore, it may be that the sign you saw posted was for a rental property. And, this list
exclusively includes listings on the market in Virginia Crossing.
Is the listing in coming-soon status?
An active listing is a property that is available and for sale. There are many listings that have a sign up that are not
active.
By way of illustration, from time to time a for sale is up because the property is
coming soon. A property that is coming-soon is not
yet available and not yet on the market. Only agents can access to information about properties that are in coming-soon status. And, the Multiple Listing Service does not permit Nesbitt Realty to list those properties in our count. If you want to know about coming-soon homes in a particular subdivision, you'll have to email us directly.
Is the property under-contract?
Not to mention, sometimes that a listing is already sold when you spot the for sale posted. Sold or under-contract riders aren't posted instantly. And, from time to time that the Realtor is a less than prompt with putting up the under-contract riders. For these reasons, it's possible to see a sign posted when a listing is not active.
Do you need prompt updates from a particular community?
If you want to be contacted when a listing is active in a particular subdivision, just let us know. Furthermore, your agent can also give you specific information on a specific property if you contact Nesbitt Realty directly. We can recommend a real estate professional that can quickly find the information you want.
You can sort the list by count or alphabetically.
The arrows at the header below are useful for organizing the list. But, when you sort by tally, just keep in mind the tips above, because the count isn't completely accurate. Still, the list is still pretty accurate.
