Below you will see a list of each subdivision (or condo) with real estate on the market in Lake Jackson Shores. This list is compiled from listings currently available today. The list below is updated every 15 minutes or so to ensure that Nesbitt Realty is providing fresh tallies that you may count on. The information compiled below is pulled directly from the MLS database, so there are a few quirks to be aware of.
You may find a subdivision listed multiple times.
You should know that the names of subdivisions (or condominiums) collected below were all typed into the Multiple Listing Service by listing agents. Because humans entered the data, there can be spelling errors. Later, those typographical errors can be corrected and that correction makes it appear that a listing has sold when in reality the spelling on a listing was changed.
Furthermore, there may be some variation as to what exactly a particular community is called. If there is just one character of difference between a couple of entries this will be counted as different communities. Hence, when you really need to get a tally, you should consider all possible variations of the subdivision's name. By way of illustration, Midtown condominiums near the Huntington Metro are by some people called Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.
"I saw a sign posted but the subdivision isn't found below."
Is there a different way to spell this particular subdivision?
As might be expected, for the reason stated above, make sure you look for all typical variations of the name.
Is the listing for rent?
This list does not include rentals. So, it may be that the sign you saw was for a rental property. Not to mention, this list
only covers listings on the market in Lake Jackson Shores.
Is the listing not yet active?
An active listing is a property that is available and for sale. There are quite a few properties which have a sign up that are not
active.
By way of illustration, from time to time a for sale is up because the property is
coming soon. A property that is in coming-soon status is not
yet available and not yet for sale. Only agents can access to information about listings that are coming-soon. Furthermore, the MLS database does not permit Nesbitt Realty to count those listings in our tally. If you want to know about coming-soon listings in a specific neighborhood, you'll have to contact us directly.
Is the property under-contract?
And, sometimes that a listing is already
under contract when you see the sign up. Sold riders don't go up the second a contract is signed. And, from time to time that the Realtor is a little tardy with putting up the under-contract riders. For these reasons, it's possible to see a sign up when a listing is not available.
Do you want prompt updates from a particular neighborhood?

You can sort the list by count or alphabetically.
The arrows at the header below are useful for sorting the list. But even so, when you organize by listing count, just remember the points above, because the count isn't 100% true. Of course, the list is still useful.
