Listed below you will find a list of each and every subdivision (or condo) with real estate on the market in Sleepy Hollow. The list below is compiled from listings currently available today. The list below is recalculated every 15 minutes or so to make sure that we're supplying accurate tallies that you can depend on. The tallies collected below is taken directly from the Multiple Listing Service, so there are a few quirks to be aware of.
You might find a subdivision listed more than once.
You should know that the names of subdivisions (or condominium communities) compiled below were all typed into the MLS database by listing agents. Because humans entered the data, there can be spelling errors. Of course sometimes, those typographical errors can be corrected and that correction makes it appear that a listing has been listed when really the listing was updated.
Also, there may be some variation as to what exactly a particular community is called. If there is even one character of difference between two entries this will be listed separately. Hence, when you really want to get a picture, you should consider all the variations of the subdivision's name. For instance, Midtown condominiums in Fairfax County are by some people called Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.
"I saw a sign posted but the community isn't listed below."
Is there another way to spell this specific neighborhood?
Certainly, for the reason stated above, try to you look for all possible variations of the name.
Is the property for lease?
This tally does not cover rentals. Therefore, it may be that the sign you saw was for a rental property. And, this list
exclusively includes listings on the market in Sleepy Hollow.
Is the listing coming soon?
An active listing is a property that is available and for sale. There are some properties which have a sign up that are not
active.
For example, sometimes a sign is posted because the property is
coming soon. A property that is in coming-soon status is not
yet available and not yet for sale. Only agents can access to information about listings that are in coming-soon status. In addition, the MLS database does not permit Nesbitt Realty to include those listings in our tally. If you want to know about coming-soon listings in a specific neighborhood, you'll have to contact Nesbitt Realty directly.
Is the property under-contract?
Not to mention, sometimes that a listing is already sold when you see the for sale up. Under-contract notices aren't posted instantly. Not to mention, from time to time that the Realtor is a little tardy with putting up the under-contract riders. Because of these reasons, you may see a for sale sign up when a property is not active.
Do you want prompt notices about listings from a specific community?
If you want to be notified when real estate is available in a particular subdivision, just let us know. And, your agent can also give you specific information on a particular property if you email Nesbitt Realty directly. We have a agent that can quickly find the information you want.
You can arrange the subdivisions by number or alphabetically.
The arrows at the header below are useful for arranging the communities. In contrast, when you organize by tally, just keep in mind the points above, because those tallies aren't always true. Still, the data is still pretty accurate.
