Below you will find a list of each and every subdivision (or condo) with real estate on the market in West Langley. The list below is compiled from listings currently available today. The list below is recalculated every 15 minutes or so to make sure that we're providing timely data that you may count on. The information found below is taken directly from the MLS database, so there are a few quirks to be aware of.
You may find a subdivision listed multiple times.
Firstly that the names of subdivisions (or condominiums) listed below were all put into the Multiple Listing Service by Realtors. Because humans entered the data, there will be typographical errors. Of course sometimes, those spelling errors can be corrected and that correction makes it seem like a property has been listed when really the error was corrected.
Furthermore, there may be some variances as to what exactly a particular subdivision is called. If there is even one character of difference between two entries this will be tallied separately. So, when you really want to get a picture, you should consider all possible variations of the subdivision's name. Case in point, Midtown condominiums near the Huntington Metro are sometimes known as Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.
"I saw a sign posted but the subdivision isn't listed below."
Is there a different name for this particular subdivision?
Of course, for the reason stated above, try to you look for all typical variations of the name.
Is the listing for rent?
This list does not include rental properties. Hence, it's possible that the sign you saw posted was for a rental. In addition, this list
only covers active listings in West Langley.

An active listing is a property that is available and on the market. There are many properties which have a sign up that are not
active.
For example, sometimes a for sale is posted because the property is
coming soon. A property that is in coming-soon status is not
yet available and not yet on the market. Only agents can access to information about properties that are coming-soon. Not to mention, the Multiple Listing Service does not permit Nesbitt Realty to list those listings in our list. If you want to know about coming-soon real estate in a specific subdivision, you'll have to reach out to Nesbitt Realty directly.
Is the listing under-contract?
Furthermore, from time to time that a listing is already sold or
under contract when you spot the sign up. Under-contract signs don't go up the moment a property settles. In addition, from time to time that the Realtor is a little tardy with putting up the under-contract signs. For these reasons, it's possible to see a sign posted when a property is not active.
