Listed below you will find a accounting of each subdivision (or condominium) with real estate on the market in One Park Crest. The list below is compiled from active listings today. This list is updated every 15 minutes or so to ensure that Nesbitt Realty is providing timely information that you can depend on. The data found below is pulled directly from the Multiple Listing Service, so there are some tips to be aware of.
You may find a subdivision listed more than once.
Firstly that the names of subdivisions (or condominium communities) compiled below were all entered into the Multiple Listing Service by Realtors. Because humans entered the data, there can be typographical errors. Later, those typographical errors can be corrected and that correction makes it seem like a property has sold when in reality the listing was updated.
And, there may be some diffence of opinion as to what exactly a particular community is called. If there is even one character of difference between a couple of entries this will be listed as different communities. So, if you really need to get a count, you should look at all the variations of the community's name. For example, Midtown condominiums in Fairfax County are by some people called Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.
"I saw a for sale sign posted but the community isn't found below."
Is there a different name for this particular community?
Naturally, for the reason stated above, make sure you watch out for all typical variations of the spelling.
Is the listing for lease?
This tally does not include rental properties. So, it may be that the sign you saw was for a rental. Also, this tally
exclusively includes active listings in One Park Crest.
Is the listing coming soon?
An active listing is a property that is available and for sale. There are quite a few properties which have a sign up that are not
active.
Case in point, from time to time a sign is up because the property is
coming soon. A property that is coming-soon is not
yet available and not yet on the market. Only agents can access to information about listings that are in coming-soon status. Furthermore, the Multiple Listing Service does not permit Nesbitt Realty to list those listings in our tally. If you want to know about coming-soon listings in a particular neighborhood, you'll have to reach out to Nesbitt Realty directly.
Is the listing sold?
In addition, it happens that a listing is already
under contract when you see the sign posted. Under-contract signs don't go up immediately. And, from time to time that the Realtor is a little tardy with putting up the under-contract riders. For these reasons, you may see a for sale sign posted when a listing is not available.

The arrows at the header below are useful for arranging the neighborhoods. On the other hand, when you arrange by number of active listings, just remember the points above, because those tallies aren't 100% accurate. Of course, the data is still useful.
