Listed below you will find a list of each and every subdivision (or condo) with real estate on the market in Landsdowne. This list is compiled from listings currently available today. This list is updated every few minutes to ensure that Nesbitt Realty is providing accurate data that you can rely on. The data compiled below is taken directly from the MLS database, so there are a few quirks to keep in mind.
You might spot a subdivision listed multiple times.
Firstly that the names of subdivisions (or condominiums) compiled below were all entered into the MLS database by Realtors. Because humans entered the data, there can be spelling errors. Of course sometimes, those typographical errors can be corrected and that correction makes it seem like a listing has been listed when really the error was corrected.
In addition, there may be some variances as to what exactly a specific subdivision is called. If there is even one letter of difference between two entries this will be listed separately. So, if you really need to get a picture, you have to consider all the variations of the community's name. For instance, Midtown condominiums near the Huntington Metro are sometimes known as Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.
"I saw a for sale sign up but the subdivision isn't listed below."
Is there a different way to spell this specific subdivision?
Naturally, for the reason stated above, make sure you watch out for all possible variations of the name.
Is the property for rent?
This list does not cover rental properties. So, it's possible that the sign you saw posted was for a rental property. And, this list
exclusively includes active listings in Landsdowne.
Is the property under-contract?
An active listing is a property that is available and for sale. There are many properties which have a sign up that are not
active.
For instance, from time to time a sign is up because the property is
coming soon. A property that is in coming-soon status is not
yet available and not yet for sale. Only agents can access to information about properties that are in coming-soon status. Not to mention, the Multiple Listing Service does not permit Nesbitt Realty to list those properties in our tally. If you want to know about coming-soon listings in a specific community, you'll have to talk to Nesbitt Realty directly.
Is the property under-contract?
Also, from time to time that a listing is already
under contract when you see the for sale posted. Sold signs aren't posted the moment a property settles. And, from time to time that the listing agent is a less than prompt with putting up the under-contract riders. Because of these reasons, it's possible to see a for sale sign posted when a property is not available.

You can arrange the list by count or alphabetically.
The arrows at the header below are useful for organizing the neighborhoods. However, when you organize by number of active listings, just remember the points above, because those tallies aren't completely true. Of course, the data is still useful.
