Listed below you will see a accounting of each subdivision (or condo) with properties for sale in Cloverleaf_farm_estates. The list below is compiled from listings currently available today. The list below is refreshed every 15 minutes or so to ensure that we're supplying accurate tallies which you can depend on. The data compiled below is taken directly from the Multiple Listing Service, so there are some quirks to keep in mind.
You may find a subdivision listed multiple times.
You should know that the names of subdivisions (or condominium communities) collected below were all typed into the MLS database by listing agents. Because humans entered the data, there can be spelling errors. Later, those typographical errors can be corrected and that correction makes it seem like a listing has sold when in reality the listing was updated.
Also, there may be some diffence of opinion as to what exactly a particular community is named. If there is even one character of difference between two entries this will be tallied separately. So, if you really want to get a picture, you should look at all possible variations of the subdivision's name. By way of illustration, Midtown condominiums in Alexandria are by some people entered in as Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.
"I saw a sign posted but the community isn't found below."
Is there a different name for this specific neighborhood?
Of course, for the reason stated above, make sure you look for all possible variations of the spelling.
Is the property for lease?
This list does not cover rentals. Therefore, it may be that the sign you saw was for a rental. Also, this list
only includes active listings in Cloverleaf_farm_estates.
Is the property coming soon?
An active listing is a property that is available and for sale. There are quite a few properties that have a sign up that are not
active.
For example, sometimes a for sale is up because the property is
coming soon. A listing that is coming-soon is not
yet available and not yet on the market. Only agents can access to information about properties that are in coming-soon status. In addition, the Multiple Listing Service does not allow Nesbitt Realty to count those listings in our count. If you want to know about coming-soon homes in a specific neighborhood, you'll have to email Nesbitt Realty directly.
Is the property under-contract?
Also, from time to time that a listing is already sold when you see the for sale posted. Sold signs don't go up the moment a property settles. In addition, it happens that the listing agent is a less than prompt with putting up the under-contract riders. For these reasons, you may see a for sale sign posted when a property is not active.

You can sort the subdivisions by count or alphabetically.
The arrows at the header below are useful for organizing the communities. Still, when you organize by listing count, just keep in mind the tips above, because the count isn't always true. Of course, the data is still pretty accurate.
