Below you will find a list of each subdivision (or condo) with properties for sale in The Select At Gaslight Square. This list is compiled from listings currently available today. The list below is updated every 15 minutes or so to make sure that Nesbitt Realty is supplying fresh tallies which you can count on. The data listed below is pulled directly from the MLS database, so there are a couple of tips to keep in mind.
You may find a subdivision listed more than once.
You should know that the names of subdivisions (or condos) found below were all typed into the Multiple Listing Service by Realtors. Because humans entered the data, there may be typographical errors. Of course sometimes, those spelling errors can be corrected and that correction makes it appear that a listing has been listed when actually the listing was updated.
Also, there may be some variances as to what exactly a specific neighborhood is called. If there is even one letter of difference between a couple of entries this will be counted separately. Thus, when you really want to get a picture, you have to consider all the variations of the community's name. By way of illustration, Midtown condominiums in Fairfax County are at times called Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.
"I saw a sign posted but the community isn't found below."
Is there another name for this particular community?
Of course, for the reason stated above, make sure you double-check all possible variations of the spelling.
Is the listing for lease?
This tally does not include rental properties. So, it may be that the sign you saw was for a rental property. Also, this tally
exclusively covers listings on the market in The Select At Gaslight Square.
Is the listing not yet active?
An active listing is a property that is available and for sale. There are some listings which have a sign posted that are not
active.
For example, from time to time a for sale is up because the property is
coming soon. A listing that is coming-soon is not
yet available and not yet on the market. Only agents can access to information about properties that are in coming-soon status. Furthermore, the MLS database does not permit us to list those properties in our tally. If you want to know about coming-soon real estate in a specific neighborhood, you'll have to email Nesbitt Realty directly.
Is the listing sold?
Also, from time to time that a listing is already
under contract when you spot the for sale posted. Sold riders aren't posted instantly. In addition, from time to time that the Realtor is a little tardy with putting up the under-contract riders. Because of these reasons, you may see a sign posted when a listing is not available.
Do you want timely notices about listings from a particular subdivision?
If you want to be notified when a property is active in a particular subdivision, just let us know. And, we can also give you specific information on a particular listing if you contact us directly. We can recommend a real estate agent that can quickly find the information you need.
You can organize the neighborhoods by count or alphabetically.
The arrows at the header below are useful for organizing the neighborhoods. But, when you organize by listing count, just remember the tips above, because the count isn't always true. Of course, the data is still useful.
