A tiny company like Nesbitt Realty makes decisions at the ground level, because the lowest level is about ten paces away from the loftiest levels of our tiny corporation.  As such, we have the freedom to develop commission structures as the need arises.  We've investigated the commission fees and structures offered by the biggest names in real estate and we've realized that we can match, meet or beat any commission by any broker in Northern Virginia.  We've organized typical plans into several choices that range from a 1% to 7% commission.  In addition we've removed an administrative fees that are charged over and above the commission so there are no surprises at closing!
