A tiny business like Nesbitt Realty makes decisions at the ground level, because the street level is around ten steps away from the loftiest levels of our little business.  As a result, we have the power to develop prices as the need arises.  We've studied the commission fees and structures offered by the biggest names in real estate and we've realized that we can match, meet or beat any commission by any broker in Whitacre.  We've organized these pricing structures into several choices that range from a 1% to 7% commission.  In addition we've removed an administrative fees that are charged over and above the commission so there are no surprises at closing!

We suggest you interview us and compare our fees and options to any competitor in Whitacre.  If you like what they are offering, but want to work with a family-run small brokerage: talk to us before you sign.
