Reston To Welcome New HQ Of IT Contractor Peraton

Herndon, Virginia-based Peraton, formed in 2017 and which has made several large government IT contractor acquisitions since, is relocating to a larger corporate headquarters in Reston. Peraton signed a lease at 1875 Explorer Street in Reston Town Center and expects to relocate its corporate offices by September 2022 after construction is completed for the custom-designed space. D.C. Area Currently Has The Most Office Space In Suburban Areas

CommercialCafe issued a new report that analyzed data provided by commercial property data and listing service CommercialEdge. The report says that the D.C. area currently has the most office space in suburban areas that is230.6 million square feet or about 58% of the region’s 400 million square feet of total office space. The largest suburban submarket in the D.C. area is now Tysons, Virginia, by far. Continue reading
