Britepaths And BRAWS Helps Women In The Local Community

BRAWS (Bringing Resources to Aid Women’s Shelters) and Britepaths hosted a community event enabling women to “shop” for bras and underwear for themselves and their children. Britepaths provides local, low-income residents with emergency assistance, food, financial-literacy programs, workforce skills, and one-on-one mentoring while BRAWS is a Fairfax-based nonprofit that provides women and girls living in shelters with new, personally fitted undergarments and menstrual supplies. Restaurants In Mount Vernon Are Adapting To COVID-19 Outbreak

Primo’s Family Restaurant, similar to most of the restaurants in the Mount Vernon area, has put out a sign on their door that says order out only. Primo’s has also started offering delivery as well starting the day after St. Patrick’s Day. Primo’s Family Restaurant in the Belle View Shopping Center has no previous experience of this new venture, but desperate times require desperate measures. Come to Inca Social to help Britepaths in their quest to help 500 Fairfax County families who would miss a December holiday meal and gifts. Inca Social will be donating a percentage of sales from this happy hour to go towards Britepaths goal. Enjoy 2019 Falls Church Festival

The 44th annual Falls Church Festival will be held on Saturday, September 14 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on City Hall grounds. The fall festival includes the Taste of Falls Church, a beer garden, live entertainment, pony rides, other children's amusements, and local crafter, business and civic group booths.
