Rapid COVID-19 At-Home Test Kits To Be Made Available By Fairfax Co. Libraries

Free COVID-19 at-home test kits are coming to 21 Fairfax County, Virginia, public library branches starting Friday. The BinaxNOW test kits will be available at each of Fairfax County Public Library’s 13 open community branches and eight regional branches on Dec. 3. The county warns that quantities are limited. Teens Organize Car Cruise To End COVID-19

Andrew Morin, Eric Mical, Tommy Zavrel, and Peter Hayes started to organize the Car Cruise to End COVID-19 in April. The purpose of the car cruise was to raise donations for the American Nurses Association (ANA). The car cruise attracted roughly 150 cars and 300 people from across the DMV area and beyond. The idea for the event first started when the teens noticed an issue with funding for nurses. Continue reading

Fairfax County To Open 3 Inova Respiratory Illness Clinics Amid COVID-19 Outbreak

Fairfax County has announced that it will open three Inova Urgent Care respiratory illness clinic locations on Wednesday to help check the spread of coronavirus. The clinics are located at Dulles South, North Arlington, and Tysons. All patients with respiratory illness symptoms will be evaluated by medical staff at these locations.
