Pure Pasty Company Of Vienna Wins World Pasty Championships

Pure Pasty Company, a Vienna-based bakery, has been awarded silver and bronze medals in the Open Savoury Category at the Eden Project on February 29. The cheese was the winning pastry while Onion took the bronze and Lamb Jalfrezi was the silver winner. Both of these pastries were brought to the competition by the boss and British ex-pat Michael Burgess and his English chef Nicola Willis Jones.
