Waterfront Park In Old Town Alexandria To Host 42nd Annual Alexandria Jazz Festival
The neighborhood of Old Town Alexandria will come alive with the hosting of the 42nd Annual Alexandria Jazz Festival to be held at the Waterfront Park, 1A Prince Street Alexandria. The event will be held on May 27, 2019 from 1 pm - 6 pm and will feature a variety of musicians offering diverse styles of jazz. Old Town Festival Of Speed & Style: An Event For All Cars & Fashion Lovers
Do you love speed? Do you love fashion? Then the Old Town Festival of Speed & Style is just for you. The event which will be held on May 19 2019 on King Street in Old Town will showcase dozens of rare and exotic cars made famous by their speed, performance and elegance. The inaugural event will include an eclectic mix of sports and exotic cars from the 1950's through the 1980's. Patrons will be able to view cars such as Ferrari, Jaguar, Porsche, Austin-Healey, Cobra and Mercedes. Fashion demonstrations will also be presented by the Old Town Boutique District with live music by local musicians throughout the day. A variety of vendor booths and other areas of display will be available at the event. Admission is free and open to the entire public.
