    What is a Listing Agent?

When homeowners are preparing to sell their property in Fairfax Station, they turn to a listing agent. As the title suggests, the listing agent will list the home for sale in the MLS, or multiple listing service. They are a licensed real estate professional who represents the homeowners throughout the process of selling a home. In addition, all Nesbitt Realty agents are also Realtors. (What's the difference between a Realtor and a real estate agent?) It’s important for homeowners in Fairfax Station to choose an agent who they feel confident in. Nesbitt Realty is a family-run business that appreciates the opportunity to compete for your business. Our listing agent will go through the home, look at comparable listings and recent sales in the area, and determine the highest list price for the property. [Learn more about selling]
