If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every Realtor in Shawneeland.

The Realtor will take a look at your property and make suggestions that could improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if needed.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Shawneeland we will help determine the actual value of your property.
