If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in White Post.

The real estate agent will take a look at your property and make recommendations that could improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when called upon.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in White Post we can help determine the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
