We don't just find tenants. We find great tenants.

We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your real estate investment requires a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the real estate investment listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every real estate agent in Linden.
The property manager will take a look at your property and make recommendations that will improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when called upon.
The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Linden we can nail down the retail value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
