If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Browntown.

The property manager will carefully examine your rental and make suggestions that could improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if called upon.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Browntown we can best know the retail value of your home.
