One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Toms Brook.

The property manager will take a look at your home and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if called upon.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in Toms Brook we can help determine the retail value of your property.
