If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Timberville.

The Realtor will inspect your property and make recommendations that could improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if necessary.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Timberville we can best know the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
