If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every real estate agent in Craig Addition.

The Realtor will inspect your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen if called upon.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your real estate investment to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Craig Addition we will help determine the market value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
