If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every property manager in Broadway.
The property manager will carefully examine your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when called upon.
The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your home.
