If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every property manager in Shenandoah.

The Realtor will scrutinize your rental and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if called upon.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in Shenandoah we will help determine the market value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
