If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the home advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in McGaheysville.

The property manager will inspect your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your rental.
