We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your home needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Hinton.
The Realtor will inspect your home and make recommendations that could improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when necessary.
The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Hinton we will nail down the retail value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
