We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the real estate investment listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Dayton.
The Realtor will take a look at your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when necessary.
The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Dayton we can help determine the actual value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
