One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Chester Gap.

The property manager will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when necessary.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your home.
