We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your rental requires a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the home on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Rappahannock County.
The Realtor will carefully examine your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.
The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Rappahannock County we can help determine the retail value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
