If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the rental on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Catesby Howard.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that could improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when necessary.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to real estate investments that recently rented in Catesby Howard we can help determine the market value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
