If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Fleetwood At Slate Run.

The property manager will take a look at your rental and make suggestions that will likely improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when needed.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to real estate investments that recently rented in Fleetwood At Slate Run we can help determine the market value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
