If your property needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every property manager in Greenwood Farm.

The Realtor will scrutinize your home and make recommendations that will improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when called upon.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your rental to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in Greenwood Farm we will best know the actual value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
