If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Catlett.

The Realtor will inspect your property and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when called upon.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Catlett we can nail down the retail value of your home. From there we can make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
