We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the home on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Prince William County.
The property manager will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will improve your rental's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if needed.
The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in Prince William County we can best know the actual value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
