We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your home requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the home listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every real estate agent in Luray.
The real estate agent will inspect your rental and make recommendations that will improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen when called upon.
The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Luray we will help determine the actual value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
