Do you need a tenant for a rental in Page County?

We don't just find tenants. We find good tenants.

The key to good property management is good renters. Nesbitt Realty rarely has difficulties with renters that we find.

Nesbitt Realty has experience with difficult tenants because we've inherited issues from real estate investors who selected their own tenants, or from real estate investors who have brought us tenants from other rental management companies.

The key to leasing to a great renter is starting with an understanding of the criteria that describes the right

We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.

If your home requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every Realtor in Page County.

The real estate agent will inspect your home and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The Realtor will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if called upon.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Page County we can help determine the market value of your home. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.

Do you already have a tenant?

Many of our new accounts in Page County have renters in place. If so, great we're happy to migrate your tenant into our system.

If you're curious about our process for transitioning a tenant to our rental property management system we're happy to explain what we do.
