If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Summertree Condo Apts.

The Realtor will carefully examine your home and make recommendations that will improve your rental's rentability. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when necessary.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Summertree Condo Apts we will best know the actual value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
