If your home is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Gore.
The property manager will inspect your rental and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if needed.
The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in Gore we will nail down the retail value of your real estate investment.
